Front desk wouldn’t answer the phone after 9pm. They offered us a downgrade for the second night which we obviously didn’t take. They tried to fix the door but couldn’t and said they were sold out for the first night and couldn’t do anything. It was cracked and would get stuck when closing. The sliding door on the bathroom was broken. We used a bath robe and they didn’t replace it. They didn’t take out the trash when cleaning crew came the second day. There was a chopped up onion on the floor when we got there. Room service didn’t do a good job cleaning. There was single ply toilet paper in the bathroom. Room wasn’t that fancy even tho we had an “executive” room.
